3. Shipping and Delivery Timeline

b) If the package appears tampered, broken, leaking, dented, or visibly damaged, kindly refuse delivery or immediately record the issue on the POD (Proof of Delivery) / delivery acknowledgement.

c) If delivery is accepted despite visible damage, clear written remarks should be made on the POD at the time of receipt.

d) Such documentation may be required for any replacement, shortage, damage, or return claim.

e) Risk in the Product may pass upon delivery, subject to applicable law.

6. Failed Delivery / Reattempts

a) If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal, unreachable contact details, restricted access premises, or any reason attributable to the customer, re-delivery attempts shall be subject to courier policy.
