a) Seltrik Electric India Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at Plot No. 113, Ecotech III, Udyog Kendra – II, Greater Noida – 201306, India (“Seltrik”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), owns, manages, and operates the website https://seltrik.com/collections/inverters (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is a manufacturing company provides power backup, solar energy, and energy storage solutions including Home Inverters/UPS, Solar Inverters (PWM and MPPT), Lithium Batteries, Wall Mounted In-built Lithium Inverters, E-Rickshaw Batteries, Solar Rooftop and Grid-Tied Solar Power Plants, OEM Manufacturing Services, and Solar Panels, along with related installation and customer support services. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting user’s (“User” or“Users” or “you” or “your”) personal data.
b) This Cancellation, Replacement, Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”), together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, sets out the procedures and conditions applicable to cancellation, replacement, return, and refund of Products purchased through the Website.
c) By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, you are advised not to transact on the Website.
d) We reserve the right to amend this Policy from time to time without prior notice. The revised version shall be effective when published on the Website.
2. Applicability of Policy
a) This Policy applies only to Products purchased directly through the Website.
b) Separate terms may apply to purchases made through dealers, distributors, marketplaces, retail stores, or offline channels.
c) Certain categories of Products may carry brand-specific warranty, service, or return conditions in addition to this Policy.
3. Cancellation of Products
a) Orders may be cancelled partially or fully before dispatch/shipment confirmation, subject to processing status.
b) Orders that have already been shipped, handed over to logistics partners, or marked “Out for Delivery” may not be eligible for cancellation.
c) If cancellation is approved after shipment for reasons not attributable to Seltrik, logistics/restocking charges of up to 10% of invoice value may be deducted.
d) Approved prepaid order cancellations shall be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable banking timelines.
e) Seltrik reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or delivery constraints.
4. Replacement of Products
a) You may request replacement within 3 (three) days from delivery if:
- Product delivered is damaged in transit
- Product delivered is materially different from order placed
- Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
- Product has manufacturing defect on initial use
- Essential accessories/components are missing
b) All replacement requests are subject to verification, technical assessment, photo/video evidence, or inspection by Seltrik or authorized representatives.
c) Replacement shall be subject to stock availability. If replacement stock is unavailable, refund or alternate resolution may be offered at our discretion.
5. Return of Products
a) Eligible return requests may be raised within 3 (three) days of delivery only for approved reasons mentioned under this Policy.
b) Returned Products must be in original condition, with invoice, packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, and unused wherever reasonably applicable.
c) Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, mishandling, liquid damage, voltage fluctuation, or unauthorized repair may not qualify for return.
d) For electronic devices capable of storing data, you are advised to erase personal data before return. Seltrik shall not be responsible for any residual data left on returned devices.
6. Process of “Cancellation”, “Return” and “Replacement”
a) To request cancellation, replacement, return, or refund of any Product purchased through the Website, you may contact Seltrik Electric India Pvt. Ltd. by emailing office@seltrik.com or calling 1800-102-2748 within the applicable time period mentioned in this Policy.
b) Kindly provide complete details including Order Number, Customer Name, registered mobile number, invoice copy (if available), product name/model, and the reason for cancellation, replacement, or return request.
c) In case of damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete delivery, you may also be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the Product, packaging and serial number for verification purposes.
d) Upon receipt of your request, our customer support team shall review the request, verify eligibility under this Policy, and may contact you for additional information, inspection, or clarification, where required.
e) If the request is approved, Seltrik shall provide further instructions regarding pickup, reverse logistics, replacement dispatch, repair support, refund processing, or any other appropriate resolution, subject to stock availability, serviceability, and applicable terms of this Policy.
f) Seltrik reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the eligibility conditions set out under this Policy.
7. Product Inspection at Delivery
a) Please inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.
b) If the package appears tampered, broken, dented, leaking, or visibly damaged, kindly refuse delivery or record clear remarks on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
c) Claims relating to visible transit damage may be rejected where no delivery remark was made at the time of receipt.
8. Refund
a) Refunds shall be processed only after approval of cancellation/return request and where payment has been successfully received by Seltrik.
b) Once approved, refunds are generally initiated within 5 to 7 working days, subject to banking networks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
c) Refunds are ordinarily made to the original mode of payment. Where such refund fails or is unavailable, alternate lawful refund methods may be used.
d) If a returned Product fails quality checks or is found ineligible under this Policy, refund may be refused and the Product may be returned back to you.
9. Non-Returnable / Non-Eligible Situation
Return, replacement, or refund may not be approved where:
a) Request is made after the eligible period
b) Product has been used beyond reasonable inspection
c) Original packaging/accessories are missing
d) Serial number is removed or tampered
e) Product is custom-made, specially ordered, or consumable in nature
f) Damage caused after delivery by customer misuse or negligence
g) Installation done by unauthorized technician where authorized installation is mandatory
10. Warranty After Return Window
After expiry of the eligible replacement/return period, Products shall be covered only under applicable manufacturer warranty / Seltrik warranty terms, wherever applicable.
